Windows 11 Is there a way to "view" what display settings are applied to a specific app that has a disrupted view?

I have Windows 11 home version. I have a disrupted view of one app on my PC (Twist by Doist). It's as if some setting in the background of Windows has been unintentionally adjusted to make the app always appear micro small. II usually use the control and plus/minus to zoom - but even that will not work for this issue.. All other apps on my PC run fine and display fine in their normal size. I have talked to support for the app and they cannot figure out the issue to repair. Properties and compatibality settings in the app do not change the issue.
