Windows 10 Is there an easier way to copy files without compromising their orginality(including timestamps) other than Robocopy etc?

Hey there!

I'm a Civil Engineer by profession. I have a very minimal knowledge about digital and programming concepts. All I want to do is to copy some files from my Lollipop-Android phone to the drives in my PC having Windows 10. They include voice notes, images and videos. But I don't want to sacrifice their originality especially in terms of timestamps. I have a very rough and basic idea of NTFS and FAT system. All I know about them is that they are two different branching systems of directories and somehow, there are complications while transferring files from one system to the other. I'm also aware that my PC has NTFS system and my phone has the FAT system.

I'm completely baffled by the overwhelming knowledge I need to understand just to use 'Robocopy' software and similar others. I can't understand the many basic terms, command lines and techniques only and only to copy a bunch of files from one device to the other, in their original form. I want to know two things:

1. Does Microsoft have any plans to create an easier method to copy files while preserving their originality?

2. Is it possible for you(the reader) to guide me through the various steps to accomplish my this little task?

It's been 2 full days for me, finding the solution, but I'm back to where I began. I apologize, in advance, if there has been any thread already out there, discussing the same problem. I tried finding but honestly, I couldn't find a satisfactory one. Any sort of response will be highly obliged.

Regards.
