Windows 10 Is there any cmd file capable of deleting all files in a drive ?

I recently been exploring a program and its files which gives error when installing(asus splendid) and coincidentally click this cmd file and then seeing in front of my eyes the deletion of my whole D: drive.I could not believe and astonished and perplexed and lost my whole data.I tried to recover it in hopes of getting access back to files and recover them all, sadly it only gave me a chance to recover so little of the files nearly 150gb of900gb of data.And I don't understand when ı try to fix one thing another problem surfaces.I managed to get the computer stable again by changing default pr
