Windows 11 Is there any safe way to install Google PlayStore on Windows 11 running on SQ3?

Is there a safe way to load Google PlayStore onto WSA running on SQ3 (Surface Pro 9 5g)? The Amazon store has almost no utilities...e.g., Smartthings, Blink, Rachio, etc. AND I am not able to install Bluestacks 5 on the ARM based machine. I am thinking of returning my SP9 5g for the Intel Based machine partly because of these limitations.
