Windows 10 is there any way possible i can get a version of windows 10 in an upgrade?? i used to have it a while ago and loved the new o/s!

I lost my older laptop a while back and didn't have copies of the windows 10 upgrade I got then so I am running windows 7 premium (home ed.) I would really like to know the answer to this question because I am most familiar with 10 and I have been seeing that theres supposedly a free copy of it through Microsoft?
