Windows 11 Is there any way to change the keyboard language shortcut Alt+Shift?

Whilst gaming it is often annoying, because some in-game actions are bound to Alt-Shift and it switches the keyboard language without me wanting it. I´ve tried deinstalling every keyboard language but my main used, but it still switches between English(US) and German, ignoring that I don´t have the English keyboard downloaded. Is there any way to stop this, or just change the keybind?
