Windows 10 Is there any way to get PS4 players able to join my Minecraft: Bedrock Edition world on PC?

Whenever my brother tries to join my Bedrock world on my PC from his PS4, it says something along the lines of "Unable to connect to world." It worked for weeks without flaw up until 2 or 3 days ago. We've tried restarting the server, restarting both devices, checking settings and game versions, friending and unfriending one another, unplugging devices, and restarting the router. Nothing has worked yet.
