Windows 11 Is there any way to make Windows 11 Start menu look like the one I had in Windows 7

Is there any way to make Windows 11 keep my pinned icons in groups like they are here? I hate having to look all over the Start Menu for my program that I need and for some reason Windows 11 keeps moving them to an alphabetic order when I turn the computer off at night! I would love for someone to tell me how to make the Start menu look like this again.
