Windows 11 Is there any way to recover my PC from bit locker?

What am I to do

My PC is requesting a bit locker recovery key. I have checked the Microsoft accounts of everyone even remotely related to this PC through the website shown on screen and no one has the recovery key. I eventually gave up and attempted to uninstall and reinstall Windows but whenever I try, it says that it was unable to do so. I also tried start up recovery and uninstalling the latest Windows update, but both failed. I am unable to restore it to a previous backup because I sadly never thought to make a backup. Is there anything I can do to make this PC work again short of replacing it?
