I have got a new laptop and for the initial set up I have created a personal Microsoft account. This uses a pin as security for sign ins into Windows 11. I feel vulnerable using a pin as the four digits could be easily overlooked by surrounding people. Here I have got another option that allows me to sign in into windows using the Microsoft account's password. But I prefer to have different passwords to my different devices linked with the Microsoft account and I don't want to use a local account sign-in either.
