Windows 11 Is there anything I need to do to fix my frozen exit screen?

I run the game on a Lenovo Ideapad 3 Windows 11 PC and the game works just fine, nothing has been freezing up as the game has been running but anytime I try to exit the game I get the pop screen that says "Genshin.exe has stopped responding." Screenshot 2024-09-24 154229.jpgIs there any way for me to fix this issue?
