Windows 11 Is there no way to gracefully ask Windows to reconnect to an already paired Bluetooth device?

I'm running Windows 11 on my PC, all drivers are up-to-date. I frequently use my PS4 controller through Bluetooth but it appears that every time I want to reconnect to it, I have to unpair (remove the device in Devices in Settings) and pair it again. How did Microsoft fail to implement a "Connect" button in the main Bluetooth settings? It's probably one of the most important features when it comes to Bluetooth, being able to connect back to a device.It doesn't work with any other device. For example, in order to reconnect to my phone, I have to request connection on the phone itself.Seriously.
