Windows 10 Is this possible without 3rd party apps? Taskbar folder of shortcuts that expands with icons. Similar to Windows Toolbars or Mac OS Stacks on Dock.

Is this possible without apps? Taskbar folder of shortcuts that expands with icons. Similar to Windows Toolbars. But instead of the double lines separator and having to click the little >> to expand a list of tiny icons. I want a single Icon with no arrows, on the Taskbar with the regular launch icons.


The best example is from Mac OS. It's exactly what I want to do on Windows 10. They call their Taskbar the "dock". And they have a feature called "Stacks". And when you add a Stack to your Dock, it is much like the function of Windows Toolbar that has been around since at least Windows XP. And sadly hasn't really changed visually since then.

Before I go looking for a 3rd party app to mimic Mac OS Stacks on the Dock. I was wondering if Windows 10 has finally added such a handy feature which has been on the Mac since 2007 with Leopard.
