Windows 11 Issue after transfering files with PCMover Professional

I have recently got a new computer (Dell Windows 11) and used Laplinks PCMover tool. However I've had some issues - basically Adobe has stopped working, so I have moved some core files as well - such as Visual C++ and now I get the following error everytime I restart my computer:Please download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable.What would you recommend me to do? I was thinking restoring my computer to a previous version and manually installing all the necessary programs.Thank you.
