Windows 11 Issue of last open window getting re-opened on navigating to desktop using Win+D in Windows11

When I navigate to desktop using Win+D and then right click on the mouse. It re-opens the last window open before navigating to desktop. I have kept setting of putting laptop on hibernate mode on closure of lead. So, generally it happens on re-using after hibernate mode. Once I restart the laptop, the problem gets resolved. Solutions to this problem would be helpful. The OS is Win11.
