Windows 10 Issue with Bitlocker

Hello,We have a client computer on a Windows 10 system that has Bitlocker enabled via Group Policy. Drive C is encrypted correctly and we got the Bitlocker recovery password in Active Directory, but drive D got locked and we didn't get the recovery password, all the information we have is here. Is there a possible solution to this problem and unlock the disk. I
