Windows 10 Issue with booting from USB to new pc, keep getting error messages

I built myself a new pc because my laptop's GPU is old and failing to the point that my screen would often be entirely black and I couldn't see anything that was on the screen which is difficult when you have online classes. With the new pc build, I got a USB to install windows on the new pc, so I could deactivate and unlink the laptop from my account. Everything was going well with the installation until it suddenly stopped and started giving me error codes. The first error says the header checksum for this file doesn't match the computed checksum and gives me error code 0xc0000221 and tells
