Windows 11 Issue with windows and a new 4K monitor.

Hello,I just got a new 4K monitor and was all excited to get this up and running as it's a big upgrade from my 8 year old 1080p one. When I plug the new monitor in, windows font and images as well as google chrome or anything else I use seem a little fuzzy. I run a dual monitor setup and the side monitor is still a 1080p and if I look at the same thing on the 1080p it looks way more crisp.When I go to display settings I set the resolution to 4k, but windows "recommends" 1080p (see image). I don't understand why it recommends that--as if it doesn't recognize the monitor is 4k? If I switch the r
