Windows 11 Issues connecting Sony WH-CH720N Bluetooth headphones to a Windows 11 laptop.

Hi,I'm experiencing issues connecting a pair of Sony WH-CH720N Bluetooth headphones to a Windows 11 laptop. To summarise:1) The laptop is completely up to date as far as updates and drivers are concerned. 2) The headphones are on the latest version of firmware. 3) I have attempted to pair the headphones with the laptop but the device is not discovered. 4) I have attempted a reset of the headphones (plug into charger, press Power and NC together) with no effect. 5) I can connect the laptop via Bluetooth to a JBL Flip 6 speaker and a Panasonic SC-DM502 music system. 6) I can connect the headphon
