Windows 11 Issues detecting external monitors with Dell Docking Station on windows 11 Laptop

Hi Team, I am having issue with windows 11 and dell docking station. I have updated the windows and install all the firmware recommended from dell support for the docking station, but still docking station is not detecting the external monitors and not charging the laptop. On the other hand mouse and Ethernet port is working fine on docking station. The laptop is Dell i5 (Vostro 15 3530) and docking station is Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TB.I have disconnected power from the dock and press the power button for 30 seconds to drain the battery and then turn on the docking station after 3 lights
