Windows 11 Issues on Turning on the "Hyper-V" & "Windows Subsystem for Linux" features on my PC.

A Struggling CS Guy

So i have been trying to install and run Ubuntu on my PC. I followed the general commands one need to use through Power shell (administrator), like wsl --install etc etc. Now, there's an error coming when i run the ubuntu app, "WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x8004032d Error: 0x8004032d (null) Press any key to continue..."So i watched some youtube videos and they told me to enable the above 2 mentioned features. But when i restart my PC after enabling these 2 features, a brief message is displayed on a black screen saying, "We couldn't complete the features. No need to worry -- und
