We are having an issue that is affecting some users of Windows devices which have the Netskope client and OpenVPN client connected. The problem manifests itself in two ways, the first that internet sites (cnn.com, msn.com, stackoverflow.com, etc.) do not ever load and second that Teams shows offline and cannot deliver messages. Some people have both of these problems while others only have the Teams issue. For both cases, the Netskope logs show that the IPv6 loopback address
