Windows 10 Issues with Windows Dictation but not Speech Recognition

Hello,We're having issues with random users not being able to use Windows Dictation (Windows + H keyboard shortcut) - it doesn't report an error, it acts as though it is listening, but it does not translate speech to text.Oddly enough, Speech Recognition (as well as all other apps) work fine with it. We can use the dictation within Office 365's web based apps, but not on Office 2019 desktop apps or other applications. Any ideas? We've done all the driver stuff so DO NOT TELL ME TO REINSTALL THE DRIVERS. We have tried that for 4 different users and, of course, it never worked. We have also trie
