Windows 11 Issues with Windows Hello Login (Facial Recognition) during boot

Hi all, I have been experiencing the issue where during boot up, upon the login page, the camera would not connect and there will be a windows "couldn't turn camera on" BUT, it will work right after i clicked on the facial recognition button again (aka try again). Thereafter, i will log into windows as per normal and my camera will function perfectly normally, until i shut down or restart the pc. This would mean that during first boot, windows is having issues connecting to my IR camera.
