Windows 11 it has set account up with wrong phone number and i cant sign in now with out the number. how do i change the number?

I have a subscription but it did not set up with the right phone number. How do i change the number? When it has added the +61 it has dropped a 0 off the front of the number so now it is not the right number and i can not get the code to sign in.
