Windows 10 It says disk checking, but no option to skip and it usually take 10+ hours to scale 250gb how do I fix this?

Im having issues with my pc everytime I start it up I get disk checking it doesn't let me skip and it usually takes 10 hours for 250 gb, but every now and then it goes to a blue screen how do I fix this?
