Windows 10 it showed the "this isn't a Microsoft verified app" prompt and I looked it up but I don't have the settings in my app settings to allow me to download

I was attempting to download something that wasn't on the app store and It showed the "not a Microsoft verified app" but I don't have the option to change my settings to allow me to download things from anywhere in the apps section of my settings. I have a windows 10 hp 24 d-0224 all in one PC and I have safe mode disabled.
