Windows 11 it wont let me install windows even though i meet the requirements

so i recently built a pc for the first time and i have updated the bios and checked everything but when i go to install windows it tells me i don't meet the requirements i have a picture of my specs so if anyone has had the same problem or has it. please tell me if you've fixed it and if so how.
