Windows 11 iTunes folder in Onedrive on Windows 11

I have all my music files downloaded to the "Music" folder on Onedrive on my Windows laptop. I downloaded iTunes and it added all my music from the Onedrive folder. All good I thought. However, whenever I open iTunes, Onedrive in the notification area, says there is an issue with uploading the iTunes folder because it is in use. I there any way around this?
