Windows 10 I've always used the PIN option to log into my computer. Now it says "something happened and your PIN isn't available.

I've always used the PIN option to log into my computer. Now it says "something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." I click and nothing happens. And I don't remember my password for to log in. What should I do?
