Windows 11 I've been charged for Windows 10/11 upgrade, but received no key. Webpage gives an error.

Hi,I bought a windows 11 home to pro upgrade from Microsoft Store. After being charged, the store froze, and nothing happened: no key in the mailbox and no upgrade available on the activation page.On the order history page, I see the operation but clicking on it results in an error: "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."How to handle that? Do I miss something?
