Windows 10 I’ve been hacked and I seriously need help

Ok this started 3 days ago , when I woke up to 200$ worth of in game currency charges to my account and multiple google emails saying that I’ve been signed out due to suspicious app on my windows device , immediately I change the password and dispute those charges ( I’ve gotten the money back ) I then delete a bunch of programs and install about 6 anti virus’s , including the default windows one , I do scans on all and remove all the viruses , but the next day I still woke up to my steam account trading around 100$ worth of items to a random account , I change all those passwords and do more s
