Windows 10 ive been having random freezes and bsods help please.

there are no damaged files as far as i can tell i did look at the reliability monitor and it gave me this any advice?Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEventCode: 144Parameter 1: 3003Parameter 2: ffff8e844deca670Parameter 3: 40010000Parameter 4: 0
