Windows 10 I’ve been stuck on the “It’s taking longer than expected, but we’ll get there as fast as we can” screen and it said almost there and it went to a grey

I reset my pc because it was getting slow, and when I went to log in it said “User profile Service failed to sign in” so i booted into safe mode into a test profile and now i’m stuck on said screen in the question.
