Windows 11 Ive forgotten my pin and i am unable to reset it

Hello, i have been attempting to sign into my laptop but i have forgotten my pin. I have attempted to enter it many times and this has resulted in a message appearing.It tell me to wait 2 hours to attempt again, my laptop shuts off after 30 seconds so that isnt an option realistically. When i attempt to change the pin it tells me that i need to download an app, i am unable to download anything as kncsnt get into the laptop. Is there any way i can change the password on my microsoft account on my phone?
