Windows 10 I've had a problem for 2 days and my system restarts after booting up

So, there is a problem that I've been facing which is that my system gets into a constant loop, there are multiple scenario's I have witnessedScenario 1: (Always)The System boots up, I type my password and login to the system, I open file explorer and select a folder, I copy it and I can feel the fan stop working and the whole system freezes, the system then never responds until the system is forced to shut down, if not, it will continue for eternity possible. The operation time is from 2-3 minutes even at standbyScenario 2: (Frequent)The System boots up and I see a blue screen, after which th
