Windows 11 I've installed Windows on new nvme drive but now I've got a dual boot.

I've installed Windows on new nvme drive but now I've got a dual boot. It seems fine to just select the new one. But i thought it might be best to delete the old one. When i disconnected it or tried to change the boot order in bios i got a grub error. It's working now as i managed to get back into bios and put the boot order back. I think certain boot drives are still on old hard drive. Should i install boot drives on the new nvme? If so what do you think would be best for that? Or should i disconnect old hard drive start pc and go into bios to install windows again onto new drive? Chances are
