I am using the Japanese IME and when I right-click the A/あ button, the menu no longer opens for me. So I can't access other features like settings or full-width latin, etc. I am only able to change between hiragana and the latin alphabet using keyboard shortcuts or by left-clicking the A/あ button. I've already tried restarting my computer.

I found a fix. First, I switched to the previous version of the IME under "Compatibility" in the IME "General Settings". Though, this didn't immediately fix the problem, after a few minutes I could access the right-click menu again. Whether it was something I did, I don't know. But the only thing I did during that time was 1) type something in hiragana, 2) press Ctrl+P without pressing space or enter first, 3) press enter, 4) switch to latin alphabet using keyboard shortcuts (it will change to full-width), and 5) left-click the A/あ icon to switch back to half-width latin.
