Windows 10 July security update and mt.exe issue

Hi,I'm a developer in a big company and I use Visual Studio + CMake to build C++ projects.After updating my computer with Windows 10 July Security Update, I have a big regression on Visual Studio when linking C++ binary and applying manifest.Error: general error c101008d: Failed to write the updated manifest to the resource of file “xxx.dll”. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. mt.exeThe new update seems to have updated the Endpoint Detection and Response and now any binary is scanned and locked when link.exe create the shared library.
