Windows 11 Just found out passwords are saved in my Microsoft Account!

Hello,I just did a factory restore on my Windows 11 laptop, and for the first time I'm seeing messages stating that I don't have to put my password in for my newspaper or supermarket website because Microsoft has saved them. I do NOT, under any circumstances, want Microsoft to save my passwords, and I don't even understand how they did so since the email I use for these websites is not my Microsoft email.I find it distressing that Microsoft took it upon themselves to do so without first asking if I agreed to their new protocol.How do I stop Microsoft from saving my email and erase from their v
