First time in the Community. Low computer skills I'm afraid. Just had my (rather old) laptop factory reset. Windows 10 on an HP. Now told Windows media player doesn't support DVD player on machine. Something to do with Codecs, whatever they are! It was working perfectly well before reset. Anyone advise/help? Thanks Ivor D
