Windows 11 Just upgraded from windows 10 pro to windows 11 pro and now its saying I have to reactivate windows.

Upgraded from windows 10 to 11 via downloading the installation tool and once completed it then showed and error saying I haven't got a license key 'Error code: 0xC004F213'. Not sure why I would need to reactivate if I already had a licence key. Can anyone help?
