Windows 10 KamKorda CSR Bluetooth USB Adapter in Dell Optiplex 9020 not working.

Hello everyone,I am having a problem with a newly bought Dell Optiplex 9020 MT with Windows 10. I bought a KamKorda CSR USB Bluetooth adapter, plugged it in and installed the drivers with the CSR 4.0 disk that came in the packet.Unfortunately when I go into Bluetooth Settings there is no option to turn on bluetooth. When I click Add Bluetooth or other devices > Bluetooth, it says Couldn't Connect. I have troubleshooted the bluetooth and it says Bluetooth is not available on this device. The driver is present and says it's fully up to date on Device Manager. I've reinstalled the driver multi
