Windows 11 KB4052623 installation fails with code 0x80070643

I can't install "Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus antimalware platform - KB4052623 (Version 4.18.23050.9)", as it gives the error code 0x80070643 every time. sfc /scannow didn't work (it says nothing is wrong), DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth says "The cleanup-image option is unknown".
