Windows 11 KB5007651 installs every day through Windows Update

Windows Update successfully installed KB5007651 on 3/15/2023. On 3/16/2023 it installed it again and has continued to keep installing it everyday through today 3/20/2023. In update history it only appears once, but the date it was successfully installed keeps changing. I have run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, reset the Update Catalog, stopped & restated related services and it makes no difference. I am running Windows11 Home Ver. 22H2. Any ideas?
