Windows 11 KB5036212 (OOBE update) causing Bluetooth issue

After installing update KB5036212 (Out of Box Experience update for Windows 11, version 22H2 and 23H2: February 29, 2024) I started facing issues with my Bluetooth headphones, it gets connected but no audio (headphone doesn't even show up in sound output menu) tried different Bluetooth headphones still same issue, tried to reinstall Bluetooth driver multiple times, still didn't fix finally after uninstalling update KB5036212 from update history the issue got fixed.
