Windows 10 KB5040427 installation repeatedly fails

Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 (which I think is KB5040427)Update History says "Failed to install on 24/07/2024 - 0x80071ab1"Installation gets to 20%, then reboots "Updating" then gets to 8% and it reboots again.
