Windows 11 KB5043076 update resulted in severe stuttering/performance issues

I updated my PC earlier today to KB5043076 and a new NVIDIA driver (which was rolled back while troubleshooting) and since then, I've been experiencing some major stuttering and performance issues. It smooths out somewhat after some time, but stuttering still persists and I am unable to launch or play any games on my PC. This appears to be an update that cannot be rolled back, otherwise I would have done so already.Please help!
