Windows 10 KB5044273 and KB5045594 failed with 0x80073701, I tried all I can do

For some reason my previous post about this issue was taken down without warning whatsoever, okay then.But both of these updates have failed for me, KB5044273 actually vanished recently but KB5045594 is still broken and failing to install.NET framework and intelligence updates install perfectly fine however
