Windows 7 KB5046687 on Windows NT 6.1 seems to brick Firefox, Discord, and possibly some other apps

I was testing Windows 7 SP1 and i installed the new KB5046687 cumulative update. After that, Firefox wasn't able to load youtube videos, and then any webpage at all, it just showed a blank page until the tab crashed. And the Discord app abruptly closes while booting. just before the bigger window appears. None of this issues happened with the previous update KB5044356 (October cumulative)In virtual machines, i tested both Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7 with clean installs.
